In such a situation, during Sehri, it is advisable to eat something which gets digested quickly and does not cause acidity problem throughout the day. One such option is “Hara Bhara Kebab”, a nutritious vegetarian kebab. Eating it provides energy to the body and it is easily digested. Its special thing is that its taste is very delicious and if you try it once, you will want to make it again and again.
Hara Bhara Kebab Recipe:
Spinach Peas
Carrot
Potato
Capsicum
Green
chili
coriander leaves
Ginger

How to make Hara Bhara Kebab:
Boil the potatoes and keep them aside. Then mash them.
-Boil the spinach.
-Fry peas, carrots, capsicum and green chillies.
-Mash all the vegetables or chop them finely.
– Mix coriander, turmeric, red chilli powder, chaat masala, garam masala, gram flour, salt and lemon juice.
-Mix everything well.
– Make kebab tikkis and fry them in mustard oil.
– Garnish with green coriander and cashew nuts.
– Serve with mint chutney.
