Ranchi, March 16 (Hindustan Reporter) The hearing on the discharge petition of officer Ali, accused in the scam of purchase and sale of Army land at Bariatu, was held in the court of ED Special Judge Rajeev Ranjan on Saturday. The court reserved its decision after completion of hearing of the case.
The court will give its verdict in the case on March 30. Charge sheet has been filed in the case against Officer Ali. The investigation has been completed. He is in jail in judicial custody since 14 April 2023. Now the process of framing charges against him has to take place, in view of which a discharge petition has been filed on his behalf.
