Choco Lava, Cheese Cake, and Sponge Cake

Christmas festival is just around the corner, and on this special occasion, delicious homemade cakes can add grandeur to the party. From children to adults, everyone is crazy about cakes. If you also want to try something special this time, then we have brought three very easy and delicious cake recipes for you: Choco Lava Cake, Cheese Cake, and Sponge Cake.

1. Choco Lava Cake

Material:

  • Flour: 1/2 cup
  • Cocoa powder: 1/4 cup
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Baking Soda: 1/4 tsp
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
  • Baking Powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Chocolate pieces: 12
  • Oil or butter: 1/4 cup
  • Milk: 3/4 cup
  • Small Aluminum Mold: 4

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking soda, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. Add vanilla extract and oil to it and mix. Prepare a thick paste by slowly adding milk.
  4. Grease the mold with butter and sprinkle cocoa powder.
  5. Fill the mold three-fourths full with the batter.
  6. Put three pieces of chocolate in each mold and press them lightly.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes. When it cools down, remove it from the mold and sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve.

2. Cheese Cake

Material:
For base:

  • Digestive Biscuits: 25
  • Melted butter: 5 spoons

For Cheese Cake Mix:

  • Cream Cheese: 2 cups
  • Sugar Powder: 1/2 cup
  • Vanilla Extract: 1 tsp
  • Melted chocolate: 1 cup
  • Whipped Cream: 1 cup

For Chocolate Spread:

  • Fresh Cream: 1/2 cup
  • Dark Chocolate: 1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Grind the biscuits into powder. Add melted butter to it and mix.
  2. Pour the mixture into the cake tin and press down with a spoon to set. Keep in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and melted chocolate and beat.
  4. Add whipped cream to this mixture and mix.
  5. Pour the cheese cake mixture onto the set base.
  6. Keep in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
  7. For chocolate spread, heat the cream and add dark chocolate to it and cool it.
  8. Put it on the cake and spread it. Keep it in the fridge for one more hour and then serve.

3. Sponge Cake

Material:

  • Flour: 1 cup
  • Milk: 2 spoons
  • Baking Powder: 2 tsp
  • Butter: 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence: 1 teaspoon
  • Eggs: 3
  • Sugar powder: 3 teaspoons

Method:

  1. Separate the white and yellow parts of the eggs.
  2. Add 2 teaspoons sugar powder and 1 teaspoon baking powder to the white part and mix.
  3. Mix the remaining baking powder in the flour and sift it.
  4. Add melted butter, vanilla essence, remaining sugar and milk to the yellow part and beat.
  5. Gradually add flour and mix.
  6. Add this mixture to the egg white mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into a greased aluminum vessel.
  8. Add 4 cups of water in the cooker. Preheat for 5 minutes.
  9. Cover the cake pan with a plate and place it in the cooker.
  10. Remove the whistle and cook on medium flame for 15 minutes.
  11. Check. When ready, remove, cool and serve.
