Choco Lava Cake Recipe

1. Melt chocolate and butter

  • First of all, put dark chocolate and butter in a small pan.
  • Melt it on low flame.
  • When it melts well, keep it aside to cool.

2. Prepare the base

  • Put eggs and sugar in a large bowl.
  • Beat it with a hand mixer or whisk until it becomes light and fluffy.
  • Now add cooled chocolate-butter mixture and vanilla essence into it.
  • Mix them well.

3. Mix dry ingredients

  • Sift flour, baking powder and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Slowly add it to the liquid mixture and fold gently.
  • Take care that there are no lumps in the batter.

4. Prepare the molds

  • Grease silicone or any cake mold with butter or oil.

5. Bake the cake in the cooker
