Youth burns woman alive in train bogie, investigation into hate crime continues after arrest

A heart-wrenching incident has come to light in New York, where a young man burnt a woman alive in a train bogie. According to the police, the accused remained standing at the spot till the woman died. The incident has been described by New York Police Department Commissioner Jessica Tisch as “the most despicable crime.”
