JEE Advanced 2025 exam will be conducted in two papers.
- Paper 1: 9:00 am to 12:00 noon.
- Paper 2: 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.
Who can apply for JEE Advanced 2025?
- JEE Main Rank:
- 2,50,000 top ranked students based on the best NTA scores of both the sessions will be eligible for JEE Advanced.
- Educational qualification:
- Minimum of 75% marks in class 12th (or being in the top 20 percentile of the board exam) is mandatory.
- Attempt Limit:
- Maximum 2 attempts are allowed in JEE Advanced.
JEE Advanced 2025: Eligibility and syllabus
Through JEE Advanced, admission to Undergraduate, Integrated Masters and Dual Degree programs (entry at 10+2 level) will be available in IITs. This admission will be for the academic year 2025-26.
Number of attempts in JEE Advanced: Now only 2 chances
Recently, the Joint Admission Board (JAB) has amended the rules and again limited the number of attempts in JEE Advanced to 2. Earlier this was increased to 3 attempts, but this change has now been withdrawn.
