America’s 9/11-like attack took place in Kazan city of Russia on Saturday morning. According to news agency Reuters, there were 8 drone attacks in Kazan, out of which 6 were on residential buildings. The attack took place 800 kilometers away from Moscow. There is no news of anyone being killed in the attack yet.
Many videos of the attack are going viral on social media, in which many drones are seen hitting buildings. After this attack, two airports of Russia have been closed. This attack on the Russian city of Kazan is being discussed all over the world because the BRICS summit in 2024 was held in this Russian city. In 2001, terrorists similarly hijacked 4 planes and attacked America’s World Trade Center. 3 of those planes crashed one after the other on 3 important buildings of America. The first accident occurred at 8:45 pm. A Boeing 767 collides with the North Tower of the World Trade Center and crashes. 18 minutes later, another Boeing 767 collided with the building’s south tower.
Four months ago also Russia was attacked in a similar manner. Ukraine targeted Volga Sky, a 38-storey residential building in the Russian city of Saratov. Russia also has a strategic bomber military base here. 4 people were injured in the attack. After which Russia retaliated by firing 100 missiles and 100 drones at Ukraine. In which 6 people died and more than 150 people were injured.
