Violation of rules of Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, case registered against supplier supplying milk to Verka Milk Plant

Ludhiana: Non-standard elements were found in the milk of a person who collected milk and supplied it to Verka Milk Plant. In this case, Sarabha Nagar police station has registered a case against Prabhdeep Singh, resident of Shekhpura village. , under fraud and other charges on the complaint of General Manager Surjeet Singh. While giving complaint to the police, General Manager Surjit Singh said that the accused Prabhdeep Singh delivers milk to Verka Milk Plant through his canter.

When the milk brought by the accused was examined, it was found that the milk contained non-standard ingredients. By doing this the accused has violated the rules of the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India. In this case, ASI Umesh Kumar of Sarabha Nagar police station says that the police has registered a case against Prabhdeep Singh and started further investigation.
