Israel-Hamas war: Five Palestinian citizens living in Gaza, the West Bank and the US have sued the US for supporting the Israeli army. They allege that America has committed genocide. America provides financial assistance every year
The US State Department said in a fact sheet defining the law that these violations include torture, murder, enforced disappearance and rape. However, according to international reports, the US provides at least US$3.8 billion in military aid to Israel every year. Meanwhile, researchers at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, recently estimated that the Biden administration has given Israel an additional $17.9 billion since the beginning of the Gaza war.
