Moong and gram sprouts are the most common and affordable options that everyone can include in their diet.

How to make sprouts:

  1. Soak pulses or seeds in water overnight.
  2. Next day, tie the soaked pulses in a cotton cloth and hang them or keep them in a vessel with holes.
  3. Within a few hours the pulses will sprout and your sprouts will be ready.
