- Milk – four liters
- Rice – four tablespoons
- Ghee – four tablespoons
- Sugar – two cups
- Cardamom powder – two spoons
- Saffron, chopped almonds and pistachios
You can prepare it like this:
– First of all, mix ghee well in rice.
Mix saffron in two tablespoons of lukewarm milk.
– Now boil milk in a big vessel for 15 minutes and add rice to it.
After cooking on low flame for about 25 minutes, add saffron-milk mixture, cardamom powder and sugar.
– Now cook it for 15 minutes.
Finally garnish it with almonds and pistachios and taste it.
