Make Doodh Pak on the festival of Holi, this is the easy method to make it

  • Milk – four liters
  • Rice – four tablespoons
  • Ghee – four tablespoons
  • Sugar – two cups
  • Cardamom powder – two spoons
  • Saffron, chopped almonds and pistachios

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, mix ghee well in rice.

Mix saffron in two tablespoons of lukewarm milk.

– Now boil milk in a big vessel for 15 minutes and add rice to it.

After cooking on low flame for about 25 minutes, add saffron-milk mixture, cardamom powder and sugar.

– Now cook it for 15 minutes.

Finally garnish it with almonds and pistachios and taste it.
