Questions raised regarding festival procession

Yogi Adityanath said that when the procession of Moharram or any other festival passes in front of a Hindu locality or temple, there is no problem. But the problem arises when a Hindu procession passes through a mosque or Muslim dominated areas. He asked question,

“Is the road someone’s personal property? Can’t the saffron flag be hoisted on Indian soil?”

He warned that the government will take strict action against those who create obstruction in any religious event.

mention of sambhal riots

Raising the issue of Sambhal riots, CM Yogi said that 209 Hindus were killed in the riots that took place since 1947. He said,

“No one expressed sympathy for these innocent people. Those who are shedding tears over the recent riots talk about harmony. They should be ashamed.”

He also said that a tense atmosphere was created during the opening of Bajrang Bali temple, which was closed since 1978. Those who indulge in stone pelting and violence will not be spared at any cost.

Action on illegal electricity connection

Yogi Adityanath said that electricity connections were given to some mosques in Sambhal by making illegal sub-stations. He said,

“We knew that the power management work is done by the Power Corporation, but in Sambhal, electricity was distributed illegally from mosques. Line loss in Mirasarai and Deepsarai is 78% and 82%. This is looting of the country’s resources.”

India’s tradition of Ram and Krishna: Yogi Adityanath

During his speech, CM Yogi stressed that India will have the tradition of Ram, Krishna and Buddha and not that of Babar and Aurangzeb. He said,

“Now we will neither be divided nor divided.”

Answer given by citing Baburnama

In the Assembly, Yogi Adityanath cited Baburnama and said that it is also written in it that the structure was built after demolishing the Harihar temple. He told that Sambhal is considered to be the place of the 10th incarnation of Shri Hari Vishnu.

During the survey in Sambhal, there was peace on 19, 21 and 24 November. But on November 23, provocative statements were made during Friday prayers, after which the atmosphere deteriorated. He said that a peaceful survey was conducted on the instructions of the court.
