Jaipur, 16 December (HS). On Monday morning, a speeding Mercedes car hit a cyclist on Jaipur Sikar Highway located in Harmada police station area. After which the speeding car went out of control and hit an electric pole and hit the wall. After which the car driver opened the sunroof and ran away. Police reached the spot on information and seized the car and started searching for the driver.
Police Station Officer Udaybhan said that on Monday, near Rani Bagh Garden in Madho Nagar, a high speed Mercedes car was going from Jaipur towards Chaumu on the service road on Sikar Highway. Meanwhile, watchman Mohan Gurjar 50, who was coming out of Lucky Farm House, was hit hard. Due to which he jumped and fell away and got seriously injured. Police reached the spot on information and with the help of passersby admitted him to Kanwatian Hospital. It is being told that the speed of the car was so fast that the driver’s life was saved due to the airbag opening and he came out of it by opening the sunroof and ran away after seeing the crowd. After the car first hit the wall, the entire part of the car disintegrated and the wheels also got separated from the car.
