4 days after marriage, wife conspired to murder with lover, all accused arrested

A shocking incident has come to light in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, in which just four days after marriage, the wife along with her lover conspired to murder her husband. The young man was first kidnapped and then brutally killed. Police have exposed this heinous crime and arrested all the accused.

The deceased has been identified as Bhavik, who was a resident of Ahmedabad. He was married to Payal, a resident of Gandhinagar.

• On Saturday, four days after the marriage, Bhavik had gone to bring Payal from her maternal home.
• When Bhavik did not reach home on time, Payal’s father called Bhavik’s father and inquired about him.
• Bhavik’s father told that he had left long ago.

After this Payal’s family started searching for Bhavik.

How was the conspiracy exposed?

During the search, Bhavik’s bike was found abandoned on the roadside. Eyewitnesses reported that:

• A young man riding a bike was kidnapped by three people.
• He hit the bike with his SUV, due to which Bhavik fell.
• Then they forcibly took him away by dragging him into the car.

The family immediately informed the police. The police became suspicious because only four days had passed since Bhavik’s marriage. When the police interrogated Payal, she succumbed to pressure and revealed the conspiracy.

Murdered by lover and friends

Payal told that:

• Before marriage she was in love with her cousin Kalpesh.
• Under family pressure, she was married to Bhavik, due to which she was angry.
• Payal along with her lover Kalpesh hatch a plan to eliminate Bhavik from the way.

Conspiracy of the day of the event:

• Payal asked Bhavik about his location and gave that information to Kalpesh.
• Kalpesh along with his two associates kidnapped Bhavik.
• Bhavik was strangled to death in the SUV itself.
• Later the body was thrown into the Narmada canal.

All accused arrested

Police have arrested Payal, Kalpesh and their two associates in this case.

• During interrogation, Kalpesh confessed to his crime.
• A case has been registered against the accused under sections of murder, kidnapping and conspiracy.
• Payal admitted that after marriage, she wanted to get rid of Bhavik and live with Kalpesh.

Police investigation continues

At present, the police is investigating the case in depth and is busy collecting other evidence. Police said that Payal herself called and took Bhavik’s location and gave this information to Kalpesh, after which the murder was carried out.
