Rajasthan High Court has asked the Livestock Secretary to hold a meeting of the officers and take appropriate decision on their adjustment as per the decisions of the Supreme Court and the High Court, in the matter of removal of the applicant livestock assistants appointed through Livestock Assistant Recruitment, 2022 due to change in the answer to a question. Has been instructed.

Justice Sameer Jain gave this direction while hearing the petition of Brajsundar and others on Friday. In compliance with the court order, Animal Husbandry Secretary Vikas Kumar Bhale personally appeared in the court. The court asked him whether the answer presented by the government lawyer in the petition was given after asking you or was it in your mind. The Secretary said that this reply is written at the level of the Director. On being asked by the court, the Secretary said that currently some recruitment posts are lying vacant. On which the court asked them to decide on the adjustment of the applicants on the basis of the decisions of the Supreme Court and the High Court. It was said in the petition that he had been appointed in the recruitment of 2022 and had worked for one and a half years, but due to a change in the answer to a recruitment question, he was removed from the job. Whereas currently 53 recruitment posts are lying vacant. Therefore, their adjustment should be done on the vacant posts.
