Syria vs Israel News: Civil war is at its peak in Syria. After the coup in the country, Bashar al-Assad, who was the President till now, had to flee to Russia. Meanwhile, Israel has captured much of the Golan Heights on the Syrian border. Now Israel is fully prepared to change the population equation in Golan Heights.

Israel will continue the policy of colonialism

The cabinet, chaired by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, approved the $11 million fund. Under which settlements will be established there, industries will be developed and student villages will also be built. This will increase the Jewish population there so that balance can be established.

Netanyahu announced Israel’s agenda

Currently 50-50 percent Jews and Druze live in the Golan Heights. The Netanyahu cabinet says the money will be spent on education, renewable energy and the establishment of student villages. Under this, new citizens will be settled there. This will balance the population. Netanyahu said after the cabinet meeting that strengthening itself in the Golan Heights is a way to strengthen Israel. This is very important at this time. We will continue to move forward on this agenda.

This scheme is only for our occupied area

Israel says the plan is currently only for areas under its control. Israel captured the Golan Heights area in the famous 6-Day War of 1967. He fought this war single-handedly against many Arab countries including Syria. It was captured by Israel in 1981. Most Arab countries do not recognize the Israeli-occupied territory, but the United States recognized it as Israeli territory in 2019. Arab countries have also reacted strongly to this new step of Israel.

Saudi’s reaction came

Saudi Arabia has called this step of Israel a conspiracy against Syria. Saudi Arabia’s Foreign Ministry said that Israel has taken this step to take advantage of the ongoing instability in Syria. He said that this is Israel’s new step in its attempt to occupy this area.
