Will tell you the method of making sprouted moong dhokla here. This dhokla is made with the help of mug, semolina, curd and essential spices. Its taste will also be amazing.
Ingredients for Sprouted Moong Dhokla
- 1.5 cups sprouted mug
- 1/3 cup coriander
- 1/2 cup curd
- 2 green chillies
- 1 small piece of ginger
- salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/8 teaspoon asafoetida
- 1 tbsp oil
- water as required
- 1 teaspoon eno
- Red chilli powder (for sprinkling)
- For Waghar –
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard
- 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds
- 5-6 sweet neem leaves
How to make sprouted moong dhokla
- – Take green chilli clippings and a small piece of ginger in a mixer jar and make a paste. Put the sprouted mug in a blender jar. Add green coriander, curd to it and grind it.
- – Mix some water in it and take it out in a bowl. – Then add semolina to it and mix. Then keep it covered for some time.
- – Now add turmeric, asafoetida, salt and oil and mix.
- Then add sugar and water to it and make a batter.
- – Then apply oil on the dhokalia flat and spread the batter, add red chilli powder on top. – Now boil water in Dhoklia and put this plate in it and let it cook for 15 minutes. Then take it out.
- – Now take oil in Vagharia. – Add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and sweet neem leaves and spread it in the dhokla plate. Break the dhokla with the help of a paddle.
