Doodhi Muthia Recipe: Do try Doodhi Muthia once in winter. It will be fun to eat a handful of milk with tea. Milk is nutritious from health point of view. If you do not buy vegetables then you will need it in Muthiya. So let’s make Doodhi Muthiya.

Ingredients required to make milk fist

  • milky,
  • wheat flour,
  • Gram flour,
  • Salt,
  • Turmeric,
  • red chilli,
  • Ginger,
  • Green chilly,
  • Coriander,
  • rye,
  • Oil,
  • mole,
  • sweet neem leaves

How to make milk fist

  • Prepare milk: Wash the milk thoroughly. Keep the quantity of milk more so that the taste is good.
  • Make the mixture like this: Mix flour and spices in a large bowl. Add sour milk to it. Add water as required and knead a soft dough. In this you have to add finely chopped chillies along with ginger. You can also add coriander.
  • Make fists: Make small long fists or balls.
  • Steam: Steam the muthia in a steamer for 20-25 minutes.
  • Tadka: Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, asafoetida, sweet neem leaves, sesame seeds and green chillies and apply tadka. Then serve hot milky muthia with tea or curd.
