‘My husband will kill me…’, Indian origin woman murdered in London, family blames son-in-law

Harshita Brela Murder Case: A case of murder of 24 year old Indian woman Harshita Brela living in London has come to light. His body was found in the trunk of a car on 14 November. Harshita’s mother Sudesh Kumari while talking to the media said that my daughter had said a few weeks ago that my husband would kill me. Harshita told her mother, ‘I will not go back to him. This will kill me. My husband (Pankaj Lamba) has become hell for my life.

Harshita’s family’s allegations

Harshila Brela moved to London from India in April this year. She married Pankaj Lamba in August, 2023. According to the police, Harshita was strangled before she was murdered. The police have made Pankaj Lamba the main accused, but he is currently in India. Harshita’s family alleges that the British police did not take any steps to help them. Also, local police say that British authorities have not yet contacted India for help.

Harshita’s father Satbir Brela has also accused his son-in-law of domestic violence. They say that Pankaj Lamba beat Harshita so badly that she miscarried. My daughter said many times that Pankaj used to beat her in front of everyone and she used to cry a lot.

This arrest has been made in a case of domestic violence

In this case, it has also come to light that Harshita had filed a complaint of domestic violence with the police in August 2023. After this, Pankaj Lamba was arrested on 3 September, but later he got bail. In this case, an order was also given to stop domestic violence.

However, Pankaj Lamba’s mother Sunil Devi told the media, ‘I cannot believe that my son could kill Harshita. i don’t know anything. But, I cannot believe that he would have done anything like this.
