Comparison of workers of Ram Temple and Taj Mahal

CM Yogi Adityanath said in his address:

“On January 22, Prime Minister Narendra Modi honored the workers who built the Ram temple. They showered flowers on them. But in history there have been incidents to the contrary, like the hands of the workers who built the Taj Mahal were chopped off.”

Yogi Adityanath further said that similarly, the hands of skilled artisans working in the textile industry were also cut off, due to which an entire tradition and heritage was destroyed.

Respect and security for Indian workers

Praising the policies of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government, CM Yogi said that today India respects its labor force and provides them every kind of security. He said:

“Today our workers are getting respect and security. But in the past there were rulers who destroyed art and tradition by cutting off the hands of workers.”

India’s historical economic contribution

Yogi Adityanath, referring to India’s economic history, said that:

“From the 1st to the 15th century, India’s contribution to the world economy was more than 40 percent. European scholars also believe that India was the largest contributor to the global economy at that time.”
