Joint team of Revenue and Police should ensure quality resolution of complaints: District Magistrate

Pratapgarh, 14 December (Hindus) l. District Magistrate Sanjeev Ranjan along with Superintendent of Police Dr. Anil Kumar, on Saturday, on the occasion of Police Station Solution Day, after listening to the complaints of the complainants in Kotwali Patti, gave instructions to the concerned officers for quick and quality disposal.

17 complaints were received during the police station resolution day, out of which four complaints were resolved on the spot. Complainant Anju Devi, resident of village Amuwahi, police station Patti, was severely reprimanded accountant Ramjas Yadav for being negligent and not giving a clear answer regarding the disposal of his revenue related complaint and directed Sub Collector Patti to send Naib Tehsildar to the spot and take possession of the applicant. Stop the interference taking place and ensure law and order on the spot.

Regarding the disposal of revenue complaints, the District Magistrate directed that the joint team of Revenue and Police Department should go to the spot and get the related complaints resolved as soon as possible without any bias, there should not be any carelessness in this at any level, otherwise in case of any action against the concerned. Action will be taken.

The District Magistrate directed the accountants and other concerned officers to vacate the government lands where illegal encroachment has been done. The District Magistrate said that the complaints of the complainants who come with their problems should be listened to seriously, carelessness and indifference should never be taken at any level. The District Magistrate directed the officers and employees of the Revenue and Police Department that the complaints should be resolved 100% impartially, no complaint should be ignored and it should be resolved in a timely and transparent manner.

Superintendent of Police Dr. Anil Kumar said that the complainants who come to the police station should be treated respectfully, their complaints should be listened to carefully and their complaints should be resolved as soon as possible.
