Camp organized in Luksar and Kirachpur to determine the eligibility of farmers’ population plots

Greater Noida Authority has started implementing the recommendations of the high level committee formed to decide the demands of the farmers and the instructions of the Chief Secretary. The team of Bhulekh Department of Greater Noida Authority is organizing camps in the villages to determine the eligibility of the populated plots. The team organized camps in Luksar and Kirachpur on 14 December, in which a large number of farmers participated. In the camp, the authority team submitted documents related to the eligibility of the farmers.

In fact, to implement the demands of the farmers, the government formed a committee under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Revenue Council, Meerut Divisional Commissioner and District Magistrate Gautam Buddha Nagar. This committee submitted its report. To implement the recommendations of this committee, on December 7, Chief Secretary Manoj Kumar Singh and DGP Prashant Kumar held a meeting with the authority, police and administration and gave instructions. In view of the instructions of the Chief Secretary, Greater Noida Authority CEO NG Ravi Kumar has asked the Bhulekh Department to immediately organize camps in the villages to determine the eligibility of the farmers. The Bhulekh Department team has started the process of visiting villages to determine eligibility. A campaign to determine the eligibility of more than 3500 farmers in 62 villages has been started. Camps were organized in Luksar and Kirachpur on Saturday. To decide the eligibility, documents like Map-11, Aadhaar certificate, application and heir certificate in case the original farmer is not alive were taken from the farmers.

Let us tell you that only those farmers will be eligible for Abadi plots, whose name is registered in the Khatauni of January 28, 1991 and he is a native of this place. SDM Bhulekh Ram Nayan Singh of Greater Noida Authority said that these camps will be organized in all the villages. He told that farmers can present before the team not only the eligibility determination but also issues related to lease deed. Publication of population plots and other processes will be completed based on the recommendations of the team. The authority is trying to complete the eligibility process and allot the abadi plots to the farmers quickly.
