Moradabad, 14 December (HS). Naseem, a resident of Pakbada police station area of Moradabad, had given a complaint in Pakbada police station alleging that on November 24, during the stone pelting in Sambhal, his nephew Wasim, who was present there, was injured by the bullets of the miscreants. In this case, Senior Superintendent of Police Satpal Antil said that on the basis of the complaint, zero FIR has been registered in Pakbada police station. Which has been sent to the concerned district Sambhal, this case will be investigated in Sambhal only.
Naseem had said in the complaint given at Pakbada police station that during the violence that took place last month in the Sambhal Temple Mosque dispute, the police and administration officials tried to pacify the miscreants who were pelting stones, but the miscreants started firing with the intention of killing. During this time, my nephew Wasim, resident of Sambhal, was hit by a bullet. Wasim was standing at the door of his house. Naseem and other family members reached Sambhal and took Wasim to the hospital, where he was referred as his condition became critical. We had admitted my nephew Wasim to TMU Hospital Moradabad for treatment. After which he and his family members are present in TMU hospital. Due to which, on Friday, 21 days after the incident, he filed a complaint against the accused miscreants in Pakbada police station.
