Apart from this, 400 km of temporary roads are being built. A network of street lights is being laid in the entire area. Its number has been increased from 40,000 to 67,000. Green environment Mahakumbh with cleanliness
This time, 1.5 lakh toilets are being constructed at the fair grounds to meet the sanitation and drainage needs and 10,000 sanitation workers will be deployed to keep it clean. Whereas in 2019 most of the greenery was in pots. Officials said that more than 550 shuttle buses and more than 7000 roadways buses will be run for the convenience of the devotees. Since last time, the number of bus stations has been increased from five to seven.
Revenue of Rs 1.2 lakh crore received in 2019
Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav has said that for the convenience of devotees during Mahakumbh, Railways will run about 13,000 trains including 3,000 special trains. He expects that around 1.5 crore to 2 crore passengers will reach Prayagraj by train during this period. According to a report, from the last Mahakumbh held in 2013, a total of Rs. Rs 12,000 crore in revenue, which includes increase in airport and hotel infrastructure, compared to Rs 1.2 lakh crore in Kumbh 2019.
Rs 3000 crore will be spent on marketing

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath says that Mahakumbh will have a big impact on the economy of the state. The government has allocated Rs 2,500 crore for Mahakumbh in the budget of 2024-25. At the same time, the Center has approved a special grant of Rs 2,100 crore for Mahakumbh.
