Kanpur, March 15 (HS). A group of about 35 progressive sugarcane farmers from East Champaran, West Champaran and Gopalganj districts of Bihar participated in a five-day exposure cum training program from March 11 to Friday, March 15 at the National Sugar Institute (NSI), Kanpur.
