Ranchi, March 15 (HS). In the Jharkhand High Court, JSSC is challenging the JSSC answer key irregularities in the examination conducted on the basis of advertisement issued by Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (JSSC) for 3200 posts of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in the year 2023. The hearing of the petition took place on Friday.
The petition has been filed on behalf of Ajay Kumar Matha and others. In this case, the court of Justice SK Dwivedi has directed JSSC to keep the digital copy of the exam of the candidates in PGT exam in safe custody. In the matter, the court has directed JSSC to file its reply within four weeks.
During the hearing, Advocate Amritansh Vats on behalf of the applicants told that in many of the exams, the answer key released by JSSC has jumbled the correct options chosen by the candidates, that is, despite them having given the correct answer to the question. Citing the answer options of the second set of question paper, his answer has been declared wrong.
A complaint was made to JSSC regarding the jumble of answers given by the candidates despite the correct answers to the questions, but no concrete result was received. In view of the request of the petitioner, the court directed JSSC to preserve the digital copy of the candidates in the examination of Post Graduate Teacher, 2023.
