Skill Development and Employment Minister Saurabh Bahuguna praised this initiative and said that the Uttarakhand government is continuously working to connect the youth with employment. He said that such efforts will contribute significantly to the progress and industrial development of the state. The program is fully funded by the Government and the World Bank and is designed to address skill gaps in the manufacturing sector, increase employment and spur innovation.
