Patna: Bihar resident AI engineer Atul Subhash is no more in this world. He died in Bengaluru. He has told his entire story to the world in a one and a half hour video and 23 page note. He has made serious allegations against his wife and denied the allegations of unattractive sex. He said that my wife did not take care of cleanliness, due to which physical relations could not develop between them. He has accused his wife, mother-in-law, brother-in-law and other relatives of harassment.

Atul Subhash has expressed his pain in a video of about one and a half hour. He said that my wife was not there for four-five days. Because of this it became difficult to have physical relations. He also talked about some of his wife’s expectations, which he felt were normal. Subhash said that Section 377 deals with unattractive sex. I don’t know whether I have had unnatural sex or not. He further said, ‘…my wife has no medical evidence, no medical examination, nothing.’
‘Far from unnatural, it is not even normal for 6 months…’
Atul said that my wife’s cleaning habits used to bother me. He said, ‘Now I would like to tell you a few things. Forget unnatural sex, there was not even normal sex for 6 months. Because I told you that the wife has not bathed for four-four-five days. He further said, ‘What he used to do was touch your armpits. You can imagine how strange this would seem to anyone. This situation seemed so normal to him that he maintained physical distance from his wife. Whenever his wife took the initiative to have physical relations, he would make excuses. He said, ‘Every day when she initiated sex, she used to make excuses that I had a headache, or I was tired…!!!
Denies allegations of unnatural sex
Atul has denied the allegations of unnatural sex against his wife. He said that I don’t know what kind of unnatural sex I did. He also emphasized that my wife has no medical evidence for these allegations. Atul clarified, this is all I want to say about 377. There are many things that I don’t want to talk about in a public forum. That means there are some other things which they do not want to show in public.
In his suicide note, Atul blamed the family court judge and his in-laws.
Accusations have been made against many people. These include Jonpur Family Court Judge Rita Kaushik, his wife Nikita Singhania, mother-in-law Nisha Singhania, brother-in-law Anurag Singhania and wife’s uncle Sushil Singhania. The matter is very sensitive and the police is investigating it. Many new aspects have come to light in this case from Atul’s video and suicide note. Police is investigating all aspects.
