Mumbai: Two more floors will be added to Shahrukh Khan’s iconic bungalow Mannat. Shahrukh has sought approval from Maharashtra Coastal Zone Regulatory Authority for this.
Shahrukh’s bungalow is located right in front of the sea near Bandra Fort in Mumbai. This bungalow is also considered a must visit place for the tourists visiting Mumbai.
The front view of this bungalow is a heritage structure. Which was constructed in 1914. It has been decorated by Shahrukh. While behind this heritage structure are modern apartments. This apartment is on six floors. Now Shahrukh Khan wants to add two more floors to it. Since the front part of this bungalow is a heritage property, it is mandatory to have Coastal Zone Management Authority approval for construction and since the bungalow is close to the beach. Shahrukh Khan has also applied for this.
It is estimated that Rs 25 crore will be spent on this.
