1. Paneer Tawa Fry
Material:
- 200 grams paneer (cut into cubes)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- salt as per taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- some chopped coriander leaves
Method:
- First of all, cut the cheese into square pieces.
- Put oil on the pan and heat it.
- Add paneer pieces in hot oil.
- Sprinkle red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and black salt on the paneer.
- Gently fry the paneer on both sides, until it becomes light golden.
- Add chopped coriander leaves on top.
- Take out the hot Paneer Tawa Fry in a plate and serve it to the guests.
2. Peanut Masala
Material:
- 1 cup peanuts
- 2 tbsp gram flour
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- salt as per taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black salt
- some chopped coriander leaves
- light water
- oil for frying
Method:
- Put gram flour in a vessel and add peanuts in it.
- Add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and black salt to it.
- Sprinkle a little water and mix everything well so that the peanuts are coated with gram flour.
- Heat oil in a pan, add peanuts and fry until golden.
- Drain the fried peanuts on paper to drain off excess oil.
- Sprinkle coriander leaves on top and serve.
3. Murmura Chaat
Material:
- 2 cups puffed rice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- Salt and black salt as per taste
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 1 tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 handful mixed snacks
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add curry leaves to it and fry it.
- Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and black salt.
- After this add puffed rice and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Take out the puffed rice in a plate and add finely chopped onion, tomato and mixed salt to it.
- Serve hot puffed rice immediately.
