Statement of Swami Prasad Maurya Sambhal: National President of Rashtriya Shoshit Samaj Party and former minister Swami Prasad Maurya has created a stir in politics by giving controversial statements. On the Sambhal issue, he has said that if BJP does not stop finding temples in mosques, then Buddhist monasteries will also be found in the temples. The government is provoking people by raising Hindu-Muslim issue. Maurya has said that BJP is playing the card of communal rift to hide its failure.

If you find temple in mosque then you will find Buddhist monastery in temple

Swami Prasad Maurya had gone to Mainpuri late on Tuesday night to condole the demise of the mother of Manoj Shakya, resident of village Gola Kuan in Kusmara area of Kishni assembly constituency. While talking to journalists there, he made a scathing attack on BJP and threatened that people should stop looking for temples in mosques, otherwise temples will be found in Buddhist monasteries.

History is witness to this Buddhist pilgrimage site

When asked about the Sambhal incident, he said, ‘Look, if you try to bring out old stories, the result will be opposite. So stop looking for temple in mosque. If you find a temple in a mosque, people will start finding Buddhist monasteries in the temple. History is witness to the fact that Badrinath, Kedarnath, Jagannath Puri, Rameshwaram were Buddhist pilgrimage sites, all of them have been converted to Hinduism. If this happens then the matter will not stop here, it will go till the end. Emperor Ashoka had built 84 thousand Buddhist pillars, where did they go? That is, these people have demolished it and built temples, hence if a temple is discovered in a mosque, then a Buddhist monastery is discovered in the temple.

Government should stop playing placard on Hindu-Muslim

To avoid answering all the basic problems, the government is trying to mislead the people of the country by misleading them on issues like temples, mosques and Hindu-Muslims. So that neither any government is exposed, nor the failure of the government is mentioned, nor is there any discussion on the deteriorating law and order situation, nor is there any discussion on unemployment, nor is there any discussion on inflation, nor is there any discussion on caste census. Reservation is being abolished and the Constitution should not be discussed. People are being misled by using Hindu-Muslim to throw dust in the eyes of the public.

Accept the condition of the religious place as it is.

To maintain peace in the country, it is necessary that religious places of any religion in the country should be given the same status as it was on 15 August 1947. So that peace, harmony and brotherhood remain in the country. Our culture is that Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jains, Parsis should become brothers of each other and develop the country. Temple-mosque politics happens only where BJP is in power.

This is a failed government

Swami Prasad Maurya has termed the BJP supported NDA government as a failed government. The government has failed to solve the issues like atrocities on farmers, inflation, poverty, unemployment etc. Education has also become expensive due to which farmers and poor people have been deprived of education.
