Mumbai: Four friends, who had gone to a party after a friend got a job in SRPF, died in a horrific collision between a car and a truck. Two other friends were seriously injured in the incident and have been shifted to Swami Ramanand Teerth Hospital in Ambejogai. This terrible accident happened this morning in Wadhala of Beed district. This incident has spread mourning in Karepur village of Renapur taluka because all the deceased youths were residents of this village.
Giving details in this regard, a police officer said that Azim Pashamiya Sheikh (28), a youth from Karepur village of Renapur taluk, got a job in SRPF in Daund near Pune. Azeem was happy to get the job and decided to throw a party for other friends. According to him, at 9.30 pm on Monday night, a total of six friends from the village had gone to Manjarsumba village near Beed in a car for a party. When the party was returning to Patavi village, their car collided head-on with a truck coming in front of them near Wadhala (in Ambejogai) on the Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar and Latur Highway.
In this tragic incident, Balaji Shankar Mane (27), Deepak Dilip Sabar (30) and Farooq Babumiya Shaikh (30) died on the spot. While the other youth Hrithik Hanumant Gaikwad (24) died during treatment in the hospital.
In the incident, Azim Pashmiya Shaikh and Mubarak Sattar Shaikh (28) were seriously injured and were shifted to Swami Ramanand Teerth Hospital (Ambejogai) for further treatment. After this incident, the police registered a case of accidental death and conducted further investigation.
