Prayagraj, 07 December (HS). Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reached Prayagraj on Saturday. During this, Chief Minister Yogi also inspected the ongoing beautification and other projects in view of the divine, grand and digital Mahakumbh to be inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi. He expressed satisfaction over the completed projects and directed the officials to complete the remaining projects in a quality manner by December 10 at any cost.
Chief Minister Yogi reached Arail Bandha Road directly from Circuit House, where he expressed satisfaction over the completion of the work of widening and beautification of the road. He said that ‘Smart Prayagraj is ready to welcome the pilgrims and tourists coming to Mahakumbh, the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. In view of the proposed Prime Minister’s visit on December 13, Yogi directed to decorate Mahakumbhnagar and Prayagraj as per its ancient glory.
From there Chief Minister Yogi inspected the Triveni flower. During this, he saw the Yoga and Cultural Center built in Triveni Pushp. Officials informed Chief Minister Yogi about the quality of the rejuvenation works of Triveni Pushp. On which he instructed the officials that there should be no compromise with the quality of the works. He said that Mahakumbh is an opportunity not only for Prayag but for the entire Uttar Pradesh to present the ancient spiritual tradition of India on the global stage.
After this, the Chief Minister reached the Fecal Sludge Treatment Plant located in Naini, where he inspected the ongoing tapping works of the plant. He said that special care should be taken that no drainage and sewer falls into Ganga and Yamunaji. Get all the drains tapped on time. The double engine government of Uttar Pradesh is committed to ensure that the pilgrims coming to Maha Kumbh are able to bathe in the confluence of uninterrupted and clean Ganga, Yamuna and invisible Saraswati.
After inspecting the treatment plant, Chief Minister Yogi did an on-site inspection of Shivalaya Park. After the inspection, Chief Minister Yogi directed the officials and said that the spiritual tradition of Sanatan culture has been depicted in this park. This park will become a center of attraction for the devotees coming from every corner of the world during Mahakumbh. Along with the Chief Minister, Industrial Development Minister Nand Gopal Gupta ‘Nandi’, Jal Shakti Minister Swatantra Dev Singh, Mayor of Prayagraj, Fair Officer Vijay Kiran Anand and police officials were present in the program.
