World-class sports complex to develop talent and achieve success in the global sporting world

Jaipur, 7 December (Hindustan Reporter). In a historic initiative in the field of sports in rural Rajasthan, Shekhawati Sports Academy is being constructed on a sprawling 16-acre campus in Ramgarh Shekhawati Sikar. This ambitious project aims to provide world-class sports infrastructure and training to provide opportunities to regional talent and prepare them to participate in international competitions, including the Olympics.

Yogendra Rajpuria, President, Shekhawati Sports Academy, said, “Shekhawati Sports Academy will usher in a new era in the field of sports in Rajasthan. Our vision, ‘Khelega Shekhawati, Jeetega Bharat,’ reflects our commitment to nurture young talent, promote sports at the rural level and groom players to make India proud on the global stage.”

Suresh Pansari, Secretary, Shekhawati Sports Academy, said, “This academy will prove to be a milestone in the development of sports in Rajasthan. This state-of-the-art facility offers world-class infrastructure and excellent training opportunities for the players. We are confident that Rajasthan will play an important role in nurturing unique talents, thereby bringing glory to India in international sports. This academy will have state-of-the-art facilities to support various sports disciplines.

Shekhawati Sports Academy aims to become a ray of hope for the aspiring players of Rajasthan. With its unmatched facilities and comprehensive training programmes, the Academy will play a vital role in realizing India’s Olympic dreams, producing a generation of medal-winning athletes and promoting a vibrant sporting culture in the country.

Shekhawati Sports Academy known as Ramnarayan Ruia Shekhawati Sports Academy is being built by Ramgarh Shekhawati Council with the collaboration of several donors and community leaders. Prominent supporters include Amala Ruia, Dilip Piramal, Mukul Agarwal, Kamal Poddar, Kamal Rajpuria, Pawan Saraf, Suresh Pansari and Sanjay Kirtania.
