Green Turmeric and Brinjal Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 cup green tea
- 2 medium sized brinjals
- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 green chilli
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 teaspoons green coriander
How to make green turmeric and brinjal curry
- Wash green tea thoroughly. – Now cut the brinjal into small pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan. Finely chop onion, tomato and green chilli.
- – Now add turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala and salt.
- Then add green onion and brinjal and mix.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes. – Then turn off the gas and add green coriander and serve hot.
