Makai Na Dhokla Recipe: Makai Dhokla is a traditional Gujarati dish. Which is made from a mixture of maize flour and curd. Here tells you how to make delicious and pocha corn dhokla.
What ingredients are required to make Corn Dhokla?
- 1 cup cornmeal or green corn
- 1 cup raw
- 1/2 cup curd
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 medium sized onion
- 2 medium sized tomatoes
- 1 green chilli
- 2 teaspoons green coriander
- 5 cloves of garlic
How to make Corn Dhokla
- Mix curd, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala in rava and corn flour. If it is green corn then grind it coarsely. Keep the dough for 10-15 minutes.
- Add onion, lasam, tomato and finely chopped green chillies and mix. Add remaining spices.
- – Put water in a vessel and keep it on gas. – Then grease a plate and spread the batter on it. Cook for 10 minutes. – Then take out the plate and remove the dhoka with the help of a ladle. serve hot.
- You can also apply tadka on it. – Heat oil in Vagharia and add mustard seeds, sesame seeds, sweet neem and pour this tempering in Dhokla.
