BJP government cabinet minister Kirori Lal Meena is continuously raising his voice on this issue. In this context, he held a press conference in Jaipur on Friday and made serious allegations against Rajasthan Police. During this, Kirori Lal Meena said that if the government is mine, will I tolerate injustice? And a case is being filed against me. But despite all the irregularities, even the Mahesh Nagar police station officer is not getting spoiled. He alleged that many big officials and leaders are trying to save Kavita Sharma. In such a situation, he will now talk to the party state president and reveal their names. Minister Meena said that there is a provision in the law that no woman can be arrested at night. Cannot even be taken into custody. But they not only arrived to arrest Kavita Sharma, Manju Sharma and Anita Gurjar but also made them sit in the car. Due to this shock, Manju Sharma’s grandmother died. I prohibited senior police officers from taking action at night. But she did not stop. Because of which I had to go to the spot. Along with this, regarding the report of obstruction in official work against him, he said that on whose instructions has the FIR been registered against him. Only the Chief Minister can tell this.

It is noteworthy that Kirori Lal Meena also raised the issue of raids by the police on their homes last Tuesday night to stop the students who were demanding cancellation of the sub-inspector examination. Earlier, Minister Dr. Kirori Lal Meena has accused his own government of espionage. Minister Meena, while showing the documents, said that the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Jaipur West has written a letter to the Commissioner in January this year. There are allegations of FIR and not taking action in many serious cases. Due to this, he had recommended transfer of Police Officer Kavita Sharma out of Jaipur and giving her non-field posting.

Report of theft not registered at the house of Deputy Secretary (Home)

In Chitrakoot police station, Government Deputy Secretary Home Mukesh Pareek had given a report of theft in his house to Kavita Sharma on 24 December 2023 at the police station. Then Kavita Sharma was Chitrakoot police station officer. Despite a case of cognizable offense being made, police station officer Kavita Sharma did not register the case. There are about ten such cases. Due to this, the DCP had given a report to the Commissioner and recommended suspending Kavita Sharma and removing her from the headquarters Jaipur Commissionerate.

Action should also be taken against those who saved Kavita Sharma

He said that the BNSS law says that a woman cannot be interrogated at any place other than her place of residence. Whereas Manju Sharma was being kidnapped and tortured in a car about 20 km away from there. After this he went to the spot. He said that women cannot be arrested or detained during night hours. Kavita Sharma has also violated this law. Strict action should be taken against them and strict action should also be taken against the officers who saved them.
