Bhopal, 6 December (HS). Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will inaugurate the 6th Regional Industry Conclave (RIC) at Narmadapuram on Saturday, December 7, continuing his innovative efforts to transform the state into a hub of industrial growth and employment. More than four thousand registrations have been received to attend the conclave, which will include three thousand MSME representatives, 75 leading investors and international representatives from five countries like Canada, Vietnam, Netherlands, Mexico and Malaysia. The state’s industrial policy, investment incentives and prospects available for MSMEs will be discussed in various sectoral sessions.
Giving information on Friday, Public Relations Officer Babita Mishra said that Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will perform virtual bhumi pujan and inauguration of various industrial projects in the Regional Industry Conclave. Land allotment letters will also be distributed to investors in this RIC. There will be one-to-one meetings with investors, in which more than 10 leading investors will present their plans. Furthermore, the round table session will focus on the renewable energy sector. There will also be sectoral-sessions on topics like ‘How to start exporting’ and ‘Investment prospects in tourism’.
Theme of the programme: ‘New horizons, new possibilities’
He told that Narmadapuram is known for its religious, natural and cultural heritage. Now it is also making its mark as an emerging industrial centre. Under the theme ‘New Horizons, New Possibilities’, the program has given special focus to sectors like agriculture, dairy, food processing, renewable energy, tourism and textiles.

The conclave is also being organized to showcase local products with more than 60 stalls with special focus on showcasing ODOP products along with MSMEs, tourism, handicrafts development corporations and banking institutions. The said stalls will not only provide information but will also play an important role in giving global recognition to local products.
New path for industry and employment
The main objective of this conclave organized under ‘Industry Year 2025’ is to empower every area of the state industrially and economically. In the series of successful programs organized in Ujjain, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Sagar and Rewa, this event in Narmadapuram is another important step in presenting the regional potential at the national and global level. This conclave will help in putting Narmadapuram region on the industrial map as well as further strengthen mutual cooperation between investors and the government.
