Shivpuri, 4 December (Hindustan Reporter). Ram Gopal Gupta, a progressive farmer of village Bhaunti of Shivpuri, was presented with the Millionaire Farms Award 2024 on 03 December in Pusa, New Delhi, along with chief guest Shri Hansraj Ahir, National Chairman Backward Classes Commission and former Union Minister of Home and Chemicals and Fertilizers, as well as people from India and abroad. Krishi Jagran was honored by giving certificates and shields in the presence of visiting dignitaries and special guests. Millionaire Farmer Award 2024 received by Shri Ram Gopal Gupta with his wife Rashi Gupta and daughter Jessica Gupta in New Delhi.
Made many new innovations including Amla production-
In the light sandy and stony soil of village Bhaunti and development block Pichhor, along with the crop rotation of peanuts and wheat, 200 plants of Amla along with improved species of marigold and Gaillardia are also being produced. In the last Kharif season, 40 saplings of improved guava variety Gwalior 27 were also established from Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Shivpuri. Successful models of agro-horticulture are also being implemented through small tractors. A plant for the production and grading-sorting of groundnut, the main crop of the area, has also been established with the help of the government. In April 2024, Dr. S., Director, Gujarat, ICAR-Peanut Research Directorate, Junagadh, visited their field. Of. Bera expressed great happiness after seeing their activities during the field trip with his team and also sent a message to invite them to the program of the institute in Gujarat.

Bhargava, J.C. Gupta, Dr. Pushpendra Singh, Dr. A.L. Baseria, Yogesh Chandra Rikhadi, Dr. Neeraj Kumar Kushwaha, Mrs. Aarti Bansal along with team of steno and experts and officials of Horticulture and Agriculture Department have become an example of success as a result of the promotional activities of the district administration. He has also been awarded by District Panchayat Shivpuri and media. Ram Gopal Gupta’s wife Rashi Gupta has been especially supportive since the beginning in the activities of processing Amla to make murabba, candy, dry powder etc.
