The body of Mata Neelam Devi, resident of Shora Kothi street number one of Kaithal, was handed over to the hospital posthumously on Wednesday as per her wish. Neelam Devi had pledged to donate her body and eyes after she died. He had filled the form to donate his body.
After her death on Wednesday morning, the mortal remains of 71-year-old Neelam Devi were handed over to Gautam Buddha Medical College, Dehradun by her family members. Earlier, Dera Sachcha Sauda devotees took out his funeral procession. In which thousands of servants took part. His funeral procession was shouldered by his sons as well as his daughter-in-law and daughter. Neelam Devi has posthumously donated her eyes to Seva Sangh Kaithal. Apart from the family members, members of Kaithal Dera Sachcha Sauda Committee and Shah Satnam Green Ace Welfare Committee were also present on this occasion.
