Lucknow, 04 December (HS). Samajwadi Party is not liking the increased activism of Congress on the issue of Sambhal. An example of this was given by SP leader Ram Gopal Yadav by saying, “They are not raising it in the Parliament and are being cautious”. If this kind of activism continues then both the parties may come face to face openly in future. The reason for this is that both the parties are trying to win over the minority community to their side.
Even before this, when Congress was adamant on having a debate on Adani issue in Parliament, SP wanted to have a debate on Sambhal issue. Congress was shocked when this issue was raised by the SP chief and the Uttar Pradesh Congress President also made a plan to take control from the state office. Although the police stopped him outside the state office of Congress, the party came into limelight.
Even after this, when Congress leaders did not get the lead in the race to show greater proximity to SP among the minorities, Rahul Gandhi along with his sister Priyanka Gandhi Vadra made a plan to be careful on Wednesday. They also knew that we would be stopped as soon as we came out, but they had to show themselves close to the minorities. He succeeded in his plan, but SP did not like it. Finally Ram Gopal Yadav expressed his pain.
Political analyst Rajiv Ranjan Singh says that except BJP, all the parties focus on minority vote bank. SP is the main party in Uttar Pradesh. For this reason, if Congress tries to make a dent in it, SP will be in trouble. Whenever any party wants to attack the Dalit community, Mayawati’s statement immediately comes. In the same way Ram Gopal Yadav expressed his pain. SP would never want Congress to spread its foothold in Uttar Pradesh. Samajwadi Party will suffer losses if its vote bank increases. SP knows this very well.
