Bhapal, 4th December (Hindustan Reporter) Today i.e. Wednesday is International Cheetah Day. International Cheetah Day is celebrated every year on December 4. This day is celebrated to increase people’s awareness about saving cheetah from extinction. Chief Minister Dr. on International Cheetah Day. It is very pleasant to see the leopard species which was once extinct from India, in Madhya Pradesh today. Today, the leopards running on the land of the state are giving a new impetus to the tourism of the state.
The process of growth of the leopard family continues in the heartland of the country. Our government is continuously working for the promotion of cheetahs for the conservation of the ecosystem.
It is noteworthy that International Cheetah Day will be celebrated today in Kuno National Park located in Shivpuri district of Madhya Pradesh. On this occasion, rallies will be organized in all the ranges of Kuno forest division. Along with this, a meeting of the Cheetah Steering Committee will be held in Kuno, while two cheetahs will also be released in the open forest. The two leopards, which are being prepared to be released into the open forest, are said to be Vayu and Agni.
