The problem facing the CM in Maharashtra will be solved today. Before forming the government, there will be a meeting of the BJP legislature party today and Mahayuti leaders can meet the Governor by 3:30 pm and stake claim to form the government. According to sources, the swearing-in ceremony will be held on December 5 in which only 3 members will take oath, which includes a Chief Minister and 2 Deputy CMs. This information has been given by a leader close to Shinde.

According to the report, inside story of government formation in Maharashtra
On Tuesday evening, Devendra Fadnavis visited Varsha Niwas, the official residence of caretaker Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. That’s why Shinde is said to be ready to become Deputy CM. Fadnavis and Shinde had a one-on-one conversation six days ago when he was in Delhi for a meeting with Union Home Minister Amit Shah. Sources said Fadnavis had gone to the CM’s official residence to convince Eknath Shinde to join the government.

This will be the formula
According to sources, it is confirmed news that the formula for forming the government in Maharashtra has been decided and it is being said that one minister can be made on 6 MLAs. Shinde Group and Ajit Pawar Group will get one Deputy CM post each. Those who win 132 seats can become 22-25 ministers from BJP. Shinde faction of Shiv Sena has asked for 12 ministerial posts and may get 10 ministerial posts. Whereas Ajit Pawar group may get 7 to 8 ministerial posts. Ramdas Athawale’s party may also get a ministerial post.

BJP observers will meet Shinde
Shiv Sena sources said that BJP observers Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani will meet Eknath Shinde on Wednesday after electing him as the leader of the BJP legislature party. In his presence, the power-sharing formula will be discussed after which the claim to form the government will be staked.

On December 5, only CM and Deputy CM will take
Swearing-in: A Shiv Sena official said that only the Chief Minister and two deputy CMs will take oath on Thursday and the cabinet will be formed only after the final power sharing formula is decided. A Shiv Sena official said that no decision has been taken yet on departments including the Home Department (which Shinde is demanding). Discussion for this is going on and its conclusion will be reached only after the government is formed.

According to the report, Shiv Sena wants to retain all its existing 9 ministries including Industry and Urban Development. NCP’s Ajit Pawar, who is still in New Delhi, was not present at the Shinde-Fadnavis meeting. Shinde said that the power-sharing formula (except for the post of CM) will be decided in the meeting of the three leaders of Mahayuti. However, Fadnavis’ seat is considered very important. Because this happened on Thursday, just a day before the election of BJP legislature party officials and the swearing-in of the Mahayuti government. The meeting lasted for about 45 minutes.

Earlier, BJP’s Girish Mahajan met Shinde and Shiv Sena’s Uday Samant met Fadnavis at his residence in Sagar. Taking aim at the BJP, Samant said that Shiv Sena got information about the swearing-in of the Mahayuti government on December 5 from the former post of state BJP president Chandrashekhar Bawankule. Shiv Sena’s Gulabrao Patil also reiterated that his party wants Shinde to remain the Chief Minister at least till the local Swaraj elections or else he gets the post of Deputy CM with the Home Department.
