Today, we come up with a recipe that combines the goodness of broccoli and spinach, both of which are considered powerhouses of nutrition. Here we are talking about cheela prepared with broccoli and spinach. Making this recipe is also very easy and it does not take much time.

Material:

Spinach – 1 cup

Broccoli – 1 cup

Gram flour-1 cup

Cumin powder – 1 teaspoon

Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp

Green chilli – 2-3

Garam masala – 1/4 tsp

Garlic cloves – 4-5

Oil – 2 tbsp

salt to taste

Method:

-First of all wash spinach and broccoli thoroughly with water.

– Finely chop both the vegetables into small pieces.

-Add chopped vegetables, garlic cloves, green chillies and a little water in a blender. Blend them and make a soft paste.

– Take out the prepared paste in a bowl. In another mixing bowl, add gram flour, cumin powder, black pepper powder, garam masala and salt. Mix them well.

-Mix the dry ingredients well with the vegetable paste.

-Add water slowly to make a paste. Make sure the batter is not too thin.

– Heat a non-stick pan and add some oil in it. Make round cheela from the batter and spread it on the pan.

-When the edges of the cheela start cooking, turn it over, apply some oil on the other side and cook until it turns golden brown.

-Repeat the process to make more cheelas from the remaining batter.

-Serve the chillies hot and enjoy a nutritious breakfast.
