Lucknow, 03 December (HS). The state level sports competition of Sarvodaya Vidyalayas, which lasted for three days, has ended. During this period the children displayed a lot of talent. Vidya Devi of Mirzapur stood first in the girls category of javelin throw. In the boys category, Awadhesh of Sonbhadra won. On the closing occasion, Social Welfare Minister Aseem Arun encouraged the children.

In volleyball, Gorakhpur was the winner and Prayagraj was the runner-up in the girls category. In the boys category, Mirzapur was the winner and Prayagraj was the runner-up. In Kabaddi, Gorakhpur was the winner and Lucknow was the runner-up in the girls category. In the boys category, Mirzapur was the winner and Prayagraj was the runner-up. In the 200 meter race, Julie of Rae Bareli stood first in the girls category and Vineeta of Kaushambi stood third. In the boys category, Yogesh Yadav of Etawah Kandani stood first and Sandeep Kumar of Sonbhadra Duddhi stood second.
