Ranchi, 02 December (Hindus). The court of Special Judge Asif Iqbal of POCSO case on Monday found Mohd. of Hindpiri guilty of raping a minor. Ali alias Noor Ali has been sentenced to 20 years rigorous imprisonment. Besides, the court has also imposed a fine of Rs 15,000 on Noor Ali.
The allegation against Noor of forcing himself on the neighbour’s daughter has been proved. The victim’s family had lodged an FIR regarding this incident at Hindpiri police station on June 8, 2022. Noor was arrested on June 11, 2022 and sent to jail.
