BJP appoints central observers for Maharashtra: Bharatiya Janata Party has now intensified its efforts to form government in Maharashtra. Under which, on Monday, BJP appointed two observers in Maharashtra. In which Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani have been appointed observers.
The next Chief Minister will be from BJP
BJP will soon choose the leader of its legislative party in Maharashtra. However, the name of the Chief Minister has not been announced yet in Maharashtra. But it is believed that the next Chief Minister will be from BJP only.

The ruling Mahayuti alliance has won 236 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. BJP won 132 seats, Shiv Sena won 51 seats and Ajit Pawar’s Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) won 46 seats.
The opposition Maha Vikas Aghadi alliance had to face a crushing defeat. In the opposition, Shiv Sena won the maximum 20 seats, Congress 16 seats and Sharad Pawar’s NCP (SP) 10 seats. The total number of seats in Maharashtra Assembly is 288.
