He made an even more shocking claim that since the Supreme Court and the Election Commission belong to him, this system cannot be called democratic.
Jankar’s party had formed an alliance with BJP in the last Lok Sabha elections. Jankar then contested the elections as an NDA candidate in Parbhani. However, he lost this election.
Knowingly, he has already been a minister in the Fadnavis government. However, he had differences with Mahayuti during the assembly elections. Therefore his party contested the elections alone.

In the viral video, Shuja is seen claiming that he has control over 281 out of 288 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly. To ensure victory on 63 seats, he has received Rs 53 crore per seat. After this video went viral, the Election Commission said that this claim is completely false, baseless and baseless. According to the Election Commission, EVM is a standalone machine and cannot be connected to any network through WiFi or Bluetooth.

The petition was filed in compliance with the Supreme Court’s direction that the second and third placed candidates can get five percent of the EVMs of their voter association verified within seven days of the declaration of the election results. The district authorities have sent these appeals to the Chief Election Office of the state. As part of the re-examination, mock polls will be conducted among the candidates, construction engineers and election officials.
