U19 Asia Cup 2024 Vaibhav Suryavanshi: Indian cricketer Vaibhav Suryavanshi has been in the news since the IPL Mega Auction 2025. Vaibhav has made a special record in today’s match between India and Pakistan. Under-19 Asia Cup 2024 is being organized in UAE. Vaibhav has made a record in this match. Although, he was out on one run in this match, still he made a record. He became the youngest player to play ODI for Under-19 team India. He has broken the records of Piyush Chawla and Kumar Kushagra.

Actually, Under-19 Asia Cup 2024 is being organized in UAE. The third match of the tournament is being played between India and Pakistan in Dubai. Vaibhav came to open for India in this match. However, he was out after scoring just 1 run. After participating in this match, Vaibhav became the youngest player to play Under-19 ODI for India.

Vaibhav broke the records of many players including Piyush Chawla.

Piyush Chawla holds the record for playing the youngest Under-19 ODI match for India. Chawla played ODI match in 2003 at the age of 14 years and 311 days. Now this record has been registered in the name of Vaibhav. Vaibhav Suryavanshi has played ODI at the age of 13 years 248 days. Kumar Kushagra and Shahbaz Nadeem are also left behind in this matter.

Vaibhav came into limelight after IPL mega auction

Vaibhav Suryavanshi has come into limelight after IPL Mega Auction 2025. He was bought by Rajasthan Royals for Rs 1.10 crore. Vaibhav is the youngest player to be sold in the IPL mega auction. He also scored a century against Australia in the Under-19 match. Vaibhav has achieved great achievements at a young age.
