Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal is currently attacking the central government over the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). He has posted on social media platform X. He wrote in the post, “Pakistanis are allowed to protest outside my house with full police protection and respect and farmers from the same country are also not allowed to come to Delhi? Tear gas shells, sticks, rods and bullets on Indian farmers? And so much respect for Pakistanis?
After CM Kejriwal's statement against CAA, Hindu refugees from Pakistan have demonstrated in front of his residence. Hindu refugees from Pakistan are gathering near Chandgi Ram Akhara and raising slogans against Chief Minister Kejriwal. The refugees have demanded an apology from Kejriwal. He says that CM Kejriwal is giving misleading statements regarding CAA.
CAA is not in national interest at all: Kejriwal
Earlier, CM Kejriwal responded to the statement of Home Minister Amit Shah by holding a press conference. He said that CAA is not in the interest of the country at all. He told Amit Shah that you are preparing to bring people from other countries and settle them here. Two and a half to three crore minorities live in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. How can they be kept here in such large numbers?
He said that by taking away the rights of the people of our country, you are trying to spend it on the people of other countries. Will India's daughters and daughters be safe after the arrival of these people? They are not allowing new ration cards for the people of Delhi and preparations are being made to settle outsiders here. Other countries that did this, including Canada, later discontinued it.
